A woman has been rescued after falling from a steep cliff at Middle Cove Beach just outside St. John’s. It’s believed that she has serious injuries.

 

The high-angle rescue unit of the St. John’s Regional Fire Department rapelled down the side of the cliff this afternoon to reach her.
