There were no injuries after a fire at the Convention Centre in St. John’s. The blaze was reported just before 8:30 p.m. tonight on the second floor facing Queens Street. Firefighters found not one but two separate fires that have since been extinguised. Crews are now sweeping the building looking for other hot spots.
